The first step is your free consultation. We will meet, take a look around your home, and determine if a full home estate sale is right for you. If not, we will do our best to find alternative solutions.

Once we schedule a sale date, we start decluttering, organizing and displaying items. Our team will work hard to ensure that we price items to sell fast at the best market value.

We'll get the word out to thousands of local shoppers via internet ads,  email subscribers and signs. We open the doors, greet shoppers and sell items.

We will clean-up your space, arrange for remaining items to be either donated or recycled and within 14 days you will receive payment.
